PhotoCoded (hereinafter “the site”) will use the data provided during registration exclusively for:
a) Execution of the site’s functions
b) Fulfillment of regulatory obligations
c) Promotional purposes of the Site in relation to the activities of the site itself (for example, where subscribed, a mailing list)
Types of data collected
Among the Personal Data collected by this Site, either independently or through third parties, there are: E mail, Cookie (see Cookie Policy), Usage data, e-mail. Other Personal Data collected are indicated in other sections of this privacy policy or by means of information texts displayed together with the collection of the Data.
Personal Data may be entered voluntarily by the User, or collected automatically when using the site by third-party applications through cookies. Failure by the User to provide certain Personal Data may prevent these Applications from providing their services necessary for the fulfillment of their service (Example: the ability to view youtube or facebook videos integrated into the Site). The site Server is hosted at the Netsons company, with the physical location of the aforementioned Server within the Italian territory.
Rights of the interested party

You can change the data entered at any time directly from your account -> Edit profile - Right to delete personal data concerning you.
You can delete all data on PhotoREDO simply by requesting the deletion of your profile. - Right to request and obtain from the data controller, in the event that the legal basis of the processing is the contract or consent, and the same is carried out by automated means, your personal data in a structured and readable format by automatic device, also in order to communicate such data to another data controller (so-called right to the portability of personal data)
- Right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data in the event of particular situations concerning you (Article 21 of the GDPR);
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, limited to cases in which the processing is based on your consent for one or more specific purposes and concerns common personal data (for example date and place of birth or place of residence), or particular categories of data (e.g. data revealing your racial origin, political views, religious beliefs, health status or sex life). The treatment based on consent and carried out prior to the revocation of the same retains, however, its lawfulness.
PhotoCoded does not use the data provided during registration for any other purpose than to use the Site.
